We believe all people need the help and encouragement of others to succeed. Vita Nova creates a safe haven for homeless youth that is alive with their interests and energy and encourages fun, authenticity, and active contribution within their shared community.

Service by Solution

Vita Nova focuses on youth ages 18 to 25 to achieve a realistic goal of ending homelessness. We champion the formula of Housing + Job + Supportive Living = Self Sufficiency as a solution to deliver our youth into independent adulthood one by one.
