Vita Nova Independent Living Services aids young adults who were once minors in foster care in Palm Beach County, and turned 18 years old while in care. The objective of the program is to assist with obtaining the life skills and education necessary to become self-sufficient, live independently and maintain employment. Life Coaches provide a cadre of services to support these young adults. These services include educational support, housing assistance, financial planning, life skills training, and career exploration.
